I encounter errors
when I run the screen saver. What's the problem?
2)
Why doesn't "Full Screen" expand full screen? I see a black border around the
background.
3) Does it support
Windows Password Lock?
4) Why doesn't the
World Clock show the correct time?
1) I
encounter errors when I run the screen saver. What's the
problem?
Our best guess is that when you install our program, you did not
close all running programs as instructed, including web pages
with Flash plugins. We require the latest Macromedia Flash OCX
file to run (included in the installer). When our setup finds that you have an older
version, it will try to update it. Other possibility are that
your log-in account does not have sufficient privileges to
install software. Consult your system administrator.
2) Why

Screen Savers are 800 X 600 pixels, but not all areas are
used. A black border surrounding it is part of the screen saver.
3) Does it
support Windows Password Lock?
Yes
4) Why
doesn't the World Clock show the correct time?
There are two reasons
that the time shown may be incorrect.
a) The local time set on your computer needs to be correct for
your local time, and set the correct time zone that you are
currently in. Without this information, the world clock will not
be able to show the correct time around the world.
b) Some countries implement daylight-savings time at different
times. Adjustment for this change in time in these countries is
not supported by this version of the world clock. However, in
most cases the time shown will be accurate.
